March 6: full page rough draft of Op-Ed (wavering audience) for peer edit
March 8: grade day
March 11: completed letter to a politician (supportive audience) for peer edit AND a finalized draft
MLA or APA formatted bibliography of at least 5 sources you are using for these papers (EMAIL this assignment)
March 13: completed letter to a hostile stakeholder for peer edit. HAVE ALL THREE DRAFTS available for editing.
March 15: all three (Op-Ed and 2 letters) final drafts submitted via turnitin.com and a print copy handed in for class

RESEARCH INTERVIEWS with Mrs. Beazizo begin on March 13th. You should have a solid idea about the topic and direction of your research before talking with Mrs. B. Research interviews will continue on March 15, with "clean-up" interviews on March 20. Your research proposal (finalized topic) is due March 20.
