Presentations have been postponed, due to my absence. Instead, you have an extra day to prepare—you may use the Chromebooks as you work, if needed. Get in groups and go through this checklist:

ü  Is the timing right? Can you inform us of the issue, have time for discussion, and 

complete a journal activity in 10-15 min?

ü  Does everyone in the group have an equal part?

ü  Have you cited your sources somehow (on a handout, on a slide, on a discussion guide, etc.)?

ü  Is the discussion useful? Does the journal activity enhance the learning?

ü  Have you practiced the verbal instructions you will need to give so that the class knows what 

to do when?
